Job Description
This position requires a minimum of a Paralegal well versed in ERISA law. Will oversee a team of compliance associates. Our client needs a strong leader that will help to develop a strong team, set compliance policies and work independently and with the claims management team. Pay range DOE 70K-90K. (If the candidate has a JD, will negotiate higher salary.)
This opportunity requires a minimum of 2+ years (currently) in the Benefits side of the Insurance industry with a stable work history of 2-3 years at every employer. Experience in mid to jumbo accounts and self insured entities (public and private) a huge plus!
